What we collect
Only what you type into our forms or the chat widget: your name, business name, a phone number or email, what you're interested in, your message, and whether you asked us to text you. We also note the time and the page you sent it from.
How we use it
To answer your request about our products and services, and to measure which of our own ads work (see "Ad measurement" below). We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
We only text you if you opted in through the texting box in our chat widget, or texted us first. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our SMS terms.
Cookies and tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. For ads, we use the Meta Pixel (see "Ad measurement" below). Our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address) for security for a short time. The chat widget is run by LeadConnector, our customer-messaging provider, and may keep a small identifier in your browser so your chat continues across pages. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends it, we don't load the Meta Pixel or send any ad measurement for you.
Ad measurement
We use the Meta Pixel on arroweyesystems.com and Meta's Conversions API on our store (web.arroweyesystems.com) to see which of our own Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, demo requests and purchases, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful. Meta receives the page you viewed, your IP address and browser, and Meta cookie IDs. When you ask for a demo or buy, Meta also receives your email address and ZIP code in hashed (scrambled) form. We never send your phone number to Meta. Some state laws call this "sharing" for targeted advertising. Meta's use of this data is covered by Meta's privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
To opt out: Do not share my information for ads. This sets a cookie that switches the Pixel and our ad measurement off on every arroweyesystems.com site and clears Meta's cookies. Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser does the same.
